Hospital Encounters

The infusion room was a long corridor, and I was seated against the inside, with a door leading to the inpatient unit in the back.

It was late at night, but there was still a little more than half of that bottle of water left, and I kind of regretted not getting a bed, I didn't think it would take this long. The nurse on duty ran down to one, napping on the table, and I was sleepy.
